Directions:
Adult: For relief of MENSTRUAL CRAMPS: add 5 drops to 10mL base oil and massage clockwise onto stomach. To help relieve NERVOUS TENSION, STRESS and MILD ANXIETY: add 3 drops to 10mL base oil and massage onto forehead, temples and back of neck. Adults only. Do not use during pregnancy. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner.
