      <description>
	Celebrate Autumn&amp;#39;s slumber as nature slows down in preparation for the stillness of winter. Summer has gone and the chill of winter is on the horizon as skies turn grey and we turn inward. This is the time for renewed rest and relaxation and a time to increase the immune system by engaging in the aromas and pleasures of pure essential oils to care for your mind, body and skin. Autumn is the season to cleanse and detox the body after those hazy summer days. During this time all the aches and pains associated with colder months commence to resurface and all the symptoms of colds and flu begin. It is also the season of dry damaged skin which needs to be hydrated and cleansed from deep within.

	Pure Essential oils taken from Mother Nature herself are an ideal way to relieve some of the symptoms commonly associated with Autumn. Their antiseptic properties can boost the immune system and alleviate the symptoms of colds and flu as we prepare for the harsh months ahead. At the same time their warming properties can improve circulation and assist with the transition from hot to cold. They can invigorate and energise the body. They can balance, hydrate and cleanse the skin and they can restore and clarify the mind.

	Stay tuned for more Autumn news...coming soon!
