They are for use in a bath to relax at the end of the day or in a shower to invigorate the mind and body in the morning. They can enhance a dinner party or prepare you for a board meeting, kill airborne germs in your home or simply make your home, or space smell divine. Whichever way you choose to incorporate them into your lifestyle they will enhance the overall quality of your life and above all improve the state of your physical and emotional wellbeing.

VaporisationCreate your own personal aromatic environment and balance emotional wellbeing. How: Choose 3 essential oils. Add a total of 5 drops to the water of your Oil Garden diffuser. As the mist rises it carries the pure essential oil particles into the surrounding air.
Aromatic TissueAn instant fix for those daily annoyances. How: Add 1-3 drops of pure essential oil to a tissue. Inhale deeply as often as required.
InhalationTreat minor ailments and hydrate the skin. How: Choose 3 essential oils. Add a total of 5 drops to a bowl of hot steamy water. Place a towel over your head and inhale deeply for 10 minutes. The essential oil molecules are absorbed via the respiratory system into the body.
Foot BathA reviving and cooling treatment for tired aching and often swollen feet. How: Choose 3 essential oils. Add a total of 5 drops to a large bowl of warm or cool water. Mix the water well to disperse the oil molecules. Soak your feet for 15 minutes.

Squeeze out the excess water and press the washer to your face or area of injury. Hold for a few seconds, release, and then repeat. As the pores of your skin open, the oils are absorbed into your skin, promoting a glowing, healthy complexion or assisting the healing of an area of injury.
Direct MethodTreat specific sites with one single drop directly into the skin. There are some specific cases where essential oils may be used directly on the skin. When a very small area of the skin is to be treated, the direct method can be applied. How: Add 1 drop of pure essential oil to the tip of a cotton bud. For example 1 drop of myrrh for cold sores. 1 drop of lavender for mosquito bites and apply directly to the site.
