We’re thrilled to announce we are upgrading our loyalty program, bringing in a new era of enhanced features and exclusive benefits for our incredible community.

We will have a small period where our loyalty program isn’t active. Don’t worry this won’t be for long.

If you are happy to continue on our new-look loyalty program, you don’t need to do anything, and you will be automatically transferred into our new program when we relaunch. This transition requires the transfer of member data to the new system. We understand the sensitivity of personal information and want to emphasise that your privacy remains our top priority.

What happened to the Loyalty program?

As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance your experience, we are transitioning our loyalty program to a new platform that offers improved features and benefits.

How are you protecting my personal information?

When is the new Loyalty program starting?

Our new loyalty program will be live by the end of March.

Where are my points?

While we transition platforms, our loyalty program information will not be displayed in your account.

Will I lose my points?

Absolutely not! Once we launch our new loyalty program, any loyalty points your have collected will be available in your account.

How can I check how many points I have?

To confirm how many points you have please contact our team on [email protected]

Will I still earn points with no loyalty program?

Yes, existing loyalty members will still earn points on purchases, these points will be added to your account and will be available once the new program has launched.  

Will my points expire before I can use them?

No. Loyalty points expire after one year, however we will extend any points that are due to expire during the transition period.

Can I redeem points into vouchers during this period?

No, unfortunately you will not be able to convert points into vouchers during the transition period.

Can I use my Loyalty vouchers that I have already redeemed during this period?

Yes, points that have already been redeemed into vouchers can be used for purchases on the website during this period. The voucher information will not be available to view in you account, please contact [email protected] to confirm voucher information.
