  • Breathe Chest Balm – with Eucalyptus, Mint & Myrtle essential oils that have been traditionally used in aromatherapy for the relief of cold & flu symptoms such as sinusitis, nasal congestion, cough and mild headaches.
  • Sleep Assist Essential Oil Blend 25mL – Sweet Orange, Lavender, Marjoram & German Chamomile essential oils that have been traditionally used in aromatherapy to help soothe and assist in sleep.
  • Sweet Almond Oil 200mL – An enriching oil suitable for moisturising skin, massage and aromatherapy blending.
  • Australian Lemon Tea Tree 25mL – A natural cleaning agent. Can assist in concentration and helps to clear and focus the mind.
  • 3-IN-1 Ultrasonic Diffuser – humidifier, air-purifier and night light all in one.

How to Use

Diffuse: Add up to 6 drops (0.3mL) to the water of your diffuser.

Massage: Add 6 drops (0.2mL) to 1 tablespoon (12mL) of carrier oil and Massage.

Roll On(Adults and children 2 years and over, use as required or up to 6 times a day): Apply to temples, chest and back of neck as required.

Balm: Rub on chest and back of neck morning & night. Can be used up to 5 times a day.
