Anyone can join, simply create an account with us here or during the checkout process!
You can earn points for all sorts of activities, including referring your friends or making purchases. To see all the ways you can earn points, sign in to your account here. It is important to note that points earned per transaction reflect Transaction total minus shipping & discount/promotional codes.
Login to your Oil Garden account to view your points balance.
Select the “Redeem Points” tab in your Account to see all the rewards you are eligible for, from here you will be able to redeem your rewards.
No, there is no limit. The more you earn, the more rewards you’ll uncover!
In this case, your points will be removed from your account.
You or someone you referred has canceled or returned a purchase. Or, you have not purchased within 365 days since your last purchase, which means your points have expired.
Once your points have been approved, you will see the points added to your total. Points are approved after an order is paid.
You will need to redeem your voucher within your account prior to entering the checkout for the discount to be applied.
If at any time, you no longer wish to be a part of our RewardsProgram, please contact us here and ask to be unenrolled.
Yes, if your account is inactive & no purchases have been made in the 365 days, your points will expire. Points expire on an annual basis.
All customers with a registered Oil Garden account are signed up for our Rewards Program.
To maintain or advance to the next tier, you must meet that tier’s specified spend threshold within 365 days. If you do not maintain the spend threshold for a given tier within 365 days of your last purchase, your account will return to the next appropriate tier based on the points you accrued.
As you accumulate points & rewards, they will appear in your account dashboard.
To claim Refer-A-Friend points, your referred friend must make an Oil Garden Rewards Program account and make a purchase of at least $50.
Redeemable rewards are displayed in your Oil Garden Rewards account.
Multiple redeemed rewards or vouchers cannot be used at checkout. Only one code can be used per order. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Rewards vouchers are only valid on the subtotal of the order and will not go towards shipping costs unless the redeemed code is specifically for Free Shipping.

You are able to access your vouchers in your Oil Garden Rewards account.
Once a voucher is redeemed or rewarded it will be available in your Oil Garden Rewards account, to use, simply copy the code and paste at checkout.
A minimum spend of $50 (excluding shipping) is required when redeeming a voucher.
No, vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, and cannot be redeemed on sale items. Vouchers can only be redeemed on full price items.
