How to use this product

Diffuse: Add 6-9 drops (0.2mL-0.3mL) to the water in your diffuser.

Massage: Add 6 drops (0.2mL) to 1 tablespoon (12mL) of carrier oil and Massage.

Massage Nourish and rejuvenate the body while experiencing the healing benefits of pure essential oils. HOW: Choose 3 essential oils. Add a total of 5 drops of essential oil to 10 ml of carrier oil and gently massage over the skin. The oils are absorbed into the body via the hair follicles working from within to improve general wellbeing.

Focus & Clarity Body Scrub: Massage desired amount into skin and gently scrub away the stress of the day. Rinse off with water to reveal smooth and hydrated skin.
