This is my HG in essential il arena. A must have
I have been using Basil essential oil for many years now. Since discovering this brand sold across the road from me in Chemist Warehouse, I have not looked back.
It has refreshing scent , like the mix of light mint/lemon/herby tones.
I use Basil in : hair/scalp formulas (like scalp massage oil, hair rinses…), diffuses and as a straight on the skin ‘perfume’. I rub couple of drops over my decolletage and neck, to feel this refreshing scent for many hours on.
It is a great oil for people with respiratory issues, as a scalp/hair tonic and even skin preparations, as the oil is anitbacterial, face…
This oil blends well with: sage, clove bud, lemon, juniper, eucalyptus, neroli, marjoram, rosemary, lemongrass…
Pop a few drops in your hair rinse. Example: apple cider vinegar, purified water and a few drops of basil oil. When washing hair, in the final rinse soak the whole hair in, and pour the rest over the scalp, gently massage, drain and towel dry. The scent will stay with you until next wash. Plus hair will be shiny and soft!
