How to Use

Diffuse: Add up to 6 drops (0.3mL) to the water of your diffuser.

Tips

Allergy relief tip: For sinus & allergy relief, add up to 10 drops of blue mallee into warm water to create a facial steaming solution, drape a towel over your face and breathe in for 5 minutes

Recipe

Cold relief: 2 drops of Black pepper, 2 drops Eucalyptus, 1 drop of Lavender.

Boost Concentration and Energy: 2 drops of Blue Mallee, 2 drops of Peppermint Eucalyptus , 2 drops of Rosemary
